Erica Zhao

I am a G1 in Medical Engineering. I completed my B.S. in Cellular Molecular Biomedical Science from the University of Michigan (2022) and did my M.S.E. in Biomedical Engineering at Johns Hopkins University (2024). During my MS study, I worked on bone tissue engineering scaffolds with Prof. Warren L. Grayson focusing on modulating oxygen/ROS microenvironment in bone. My research interest lies in biomaterials and regenerative medicine. Outside of lab, I enjoy cooking, baking, handcrafting, and watching movies/TV shows. The Office is my favorite.
